WELCOME TO AUTUMN! DESIGN TIPS AND WENDY’S FAVORITE THINGS

Welcome to Autumn! This season always makes me feel a bit nostalgic for family, bonfires, walks, sweaters, and chatting with good friends. It’s also a time when I do a set change. I’ve curated some special items below that are some of my favorite things.
FOR THE LOVE OF DESIGN
I love design and have a passion for sharing it with others. A part of my high-level customer service to clients is to help them stage their homes in such a way as to make it the most attractive to potential buyers. A recent survey from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals shows that staging helps sell homes three to 30 times faster than the nonstaged competition. And, it can increase the sale price by up to 20% on average.
